At LINX®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
· Be unused and in their original condition
· Show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse
· Be returned in their original packaging
LINX® reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Customers may exchange their item for another model or colour, subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as LINX® cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Inspection and processing may take up to 7 working days from the date the returned item is received.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within up to 14 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
