Exchanges & Returns

You have 30 days after delivery to request an exchange or return.

Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and show no signs of wear.

Exchanges are free. For returns, shipping costs are the customer responsibility.

Once received, returns are inspected within 7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days, depending on your bank.
